“The general theme of the lab experience is to foster creativity and to recognize significance. The cohesive nature of the group provides an exciting, collegial research environment that leads to long term friendships with labmates. We work hard together, and we play hard together. All group members are continuously presenting their work at national/international meetings, as we strongly emphasize the need for graduates of our program to be able to articulate their findings.”
